I regularly work on extension and alteration commissions for individual clients.
New Houses or extension projects can be discussed in an informal manner with a sketch pad and pencil to hand. Your brief and scope of works can be defined at the earliest time and worked up in degrees of detail to whatever level of service is required.
I am able to provide a partial or a full stage service, which may include design proposals,CAD design drawings and design and access statements, planning applications, construction drawings and building regulation applications, site inspections and advice on construction and energy conservation.
I have considerable experience in listed building projects.
I have considerable experience in district and estate masterplanning.
I have designed various types of sheltered housing schemes and social housing commissions.
I regularly undertake work for one of the leading housebuilders in the South West.
I am experienced in commercial projects and in particular non food retail development.
I have considerable experience in energy conservation and Green technology.
