About BW Architecture

1 (Newcastle upon Tyne)

Below £100k to £5m

With our personal, professional and individual design service we help to turn our clients' dreams into reality.
North East based architectural practice with a diverse portfolio of work covering the UK.
From unique contemporary houses to conversions of old buildings, care homes, medical center designs, hotels, & offices. Whether you are looking for tradition or innovation, we can give added value to your project. We will help you extract the maximum profit from your project, especially if you are developing to sell. Creative cost conscious architects with experience in residential, commercial, industrial & leisure design.
Our design service is tailored to suit each individual's requirements. We begin with an initial consultation to gain an understanding of our client's requirements and aspirations. During the design process we strive to constantly involve the user through discussion and with the presentation of draft proposals to ensure the clients is satisfied with the completed design.
As part of our full design service we can also act as consultants in the appointment of contractors and oversee construction.
As a small business we can offer a more flexible and personal service for our clients, with lower overheads we are cost competitive without compromising on design quality. We make sure that the client and end users are closely involved within the design process.
Concern for the environment and the need to conserve energy and materials is also an important factor within our philosophy and its practical application. Our practice is very conscious of the issues involved in sustainability through design and the specification of materials.
