Contract Values have ranged from £25,000 to £6m.

Projects have involved works to Listed Buildings, in Conservation Areas, and in urban, sub-urban, and rural locations mainly in London and the South East.

Seary Architects has no 'house style' due to a belief that each project brings a different Client, Site, and Brief creating new ideas and resulting in every completed project being different and unique.
