Terry Scullion Architects is an RIBA Chartered practice dedicated to design excellence and providing professional services in the principal disciplines of Architecture, Passive House Design, Historic/Listed Building Conservation and Project Management.
Our ethos is based on the provision of professional design quality, innovative and creative solutions and the integration of designs into the local context with bespoke designs tailored to our client’s individual requirements and aspirations.
We are a progressive local practice, based outside Cookstown in Co. Tyrone and are committed to the design of both distinctive and inspiring new buildings and the considered and innovative conservation and restoration of existing Historic/Listed Buildings. We are also Passive House Designers with knowledge and expertise acquired in the various aspects of sustainable design technology and low-energy-use building design.
