Practice overview

Creating quality built futures for people with people

The practice is based in London, was founded in 2005 and serves clients who needs advice for workplace, domestic, cultural and civic projects . We undertake a variety of design and advice work in the private and public sectors, both in London and across the South of England.

We engage professionally and enthusiastically with clients, users, the design team, construction partners and the wider community to deliver quality built futures. When working for you we contribute with an understanding that your building is being changed or created anew to support better futures, for users, the wider community and natural habitats.

Our strengths are to listen, understand your requirements, find out what lies behind them and deliver them in the way you expect. In doing so, we wish to find, create and implement well grounded solutions which meet your needs and exceed your aspirations.

To create these solutions the practice manages the integrating of your project brief with three dimensional form, materials, light, structure, appropriate technology and environmental criteria.
