Coltart Earley Architecture was established in 1990. Since then we have developed into a highly respected Architectural Practice known for consistently providing excellence in design accompanied by sound project management and cost control. Our Firm provides full Architectural and Project Management services to clients in both Public and Private sectors. We have a broad base of experience and have completed projects in a wide diversity of areas. The practice have particular expertise in the following fields: Conservation, Restoration and Refurbishment Projects, Masterplanning, Housing and Residential Buildings; Community Based Projects; Special Needs Facilities; Public Buildings; Educational Buildings; Office, Commercial and Industrial Buildings.

We have extensive experience in renovating and converting Grade A, B & C listed buildings for a variety of uses and our attention to detail and sympathetic approach has won us several awards in this respect.

We regularly carry out site testing and Masterplanning exercises for major House Builders and Housing Associations. Again, our success in receiving various awards, competition wins and repeat commissions is a reflection of both our in-house talents and commercial awareness.
