One director is a chartered town planner and will be able to assist with planning advice, and the other director, a registered and chartered architect brings a wealth of creative problem-solving experience to every project.

The practice concentrates on the pre-construction stages of projects and will assist and advise on:

Compiling an appropriate brief;
Carrying out measured surveys;
Outline design proposals to ensure an appropriate solution;
Legislation advice including planning, building regulations , environmental and party walls;
Advise on the use of other consultants as necessary;
Full Design service up to receipt of statutory permissions only;
We do not advise on contractors or carry out any site inspection services whatsoever;
Planning and building regulations applications with full documentation;
Outline specification service.
