Building Design is a modern, efficient practice promoting quality architecture in the Housing, Retail, Motor Retail, Commercial, Religious and Industrial sectors throughout the U.K.

Through our interest in self build in housing we are part of a national network promoting all aspects of house building, especially the encouragement of quality design whatever the size of project or style.

The practice also specialises in the design and project management of all buildings related to the motor industry especially showrooms.

Much care and expertise is also given to producing high quality designs for Clients wishing to develop Places of Worship from the development of the brief to handing the building over on completion.

All projects are treated with a professionalism that encompasses every stage of the process involving brief development, Town Planning approval, Building Regulation consent, tendering to Contractors and administering the contract on site up to completion (including post completion monitoring).

With a quality management system in place, the practice integrates Engineering Consultants and its own Planning Supervisor into every project providing a service operating in Sussex, the Region and the Country.

Understanding the Clients' requirements, care in the design and the handling of people and project processes is what the practice practises.
