This project for a retired couple extends a white rendered house built in the Thirties in South East London. The house as built provided adequate accommodation in all respects with the exception of the primary living spaces. The proposal wraps around the existing house and triples the size of the living room. It also links through to the existing kitchen to provide a new larder and utility space.
