Oxted House

This extension increases the ground floor area of this house in Surrey so that a new kitchen and dining / living space can extend into the garden. The designs include an open roof structure incorporating roof lights, and a corner window with long views to the garden. The pitched roof and adjacent room creates a play on the suburban form in a contemporary way.
