The redevelopment of the prominent Hill Paul building in Stroud was completed by us in 2003.

This second phase of the site, lies derelict alongside the Thames and Severn canal.

Our brief was to revitalise the area by providing imaginative housing, office and retail space over nine levels on a steeply sloping site. The Scandinavian style canalside elevation has led to designs specifically customised for a canalside location.

A new product system from the US, known as ICF; insulated concrete formwork will be used in the construction phase.

The success of phase 1 (Hill Paul) and the planning approval for Phase II has extended our involement with the regeneration of Stroud and we are currently masterplanning phases III to VII.
