The practice was formed in 1992 by Andrew Nesbitt, an honours graduate in architecture with extensive previous experience at senior management level in private practice in Belfast. Now approaching 21 years of successful trading with many significant projects completed and with established Quality and Environmental Management procedures in place, the practice is structured to provide clients with a personal and professional service and offers design and management skills in architecture and related disciplines.


Studio
The practice Studio in Belfast is the former Lending Library Hall of Carnegie Building, a Grade B1 listed Library which was acquired and fully restored by the practice in 1996-1998.
The recently opened London office is based in the Richard Rogers designed 88 Wood Street in the City.

Facilities
The Studio uses AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Google Sketch-up and related software in a fully networked environment with high speed broadband connectivity.

Feasibility
Introductory studies and appraisals of development sites and buildings are carried out by the practice to enable clients to determine the optimum development procedures to suit their objectives and timescale.

Design Teams
Where a multi-disciplinary approach is required, the practice has extensive experience in managing professional design and consultancy teams to enable efficient design procurement for complex projects. Typical disciplines include:
