Derek Plummer Chartered Architect

A general practice formed in 1987 by Derek Plummer. Works primarily residential for individual clients including refurbishments, new houses and flats.
Some concentration on works to Listed and Historic buildings and in Conservation Areas. Registered green practice in Richmond. Current projects include the conversion and alteration of flats, offices and shops in Balham; feasibility studies for a community centre in Hampton and a site also in Hampton but also in Mysore in India; Listed Building advice to a school in Richmond (grade 2 *); measured drawings for a Listed house in Twickenham; sundry local extensions and alterations; the refurbishment and adaptation of a house near Oxford including Georgian house, Victorian extension, new conservatory, conversion of outbuildings and formation of a new oak framed swimming pool.
The office is supported by a network of regular architects and specialist draughtsman who have assisted over many years.
